Please include your PayPal Receipt ID in the e-mail. Please note that precise identification may not be possible from this service since many insects require microscopic examination in order to determine their species. Determination will also depend on the quality and detail of the image(s) provided. Identification, as far as possible from the image(s) provided, will be sent by e-mail.

Sample should be sent to D A Kendall, Kendall Bioresearch Services, 2 Birchdene, Nailsea, Bristol, North Somerset BS48 1QD, in a small, secure, plastic container packaged to fit a standard letterbox, including your contact details (name, address & e-mail) and payment by GB postal order or cheque (payable to D A Kendall), or payment can be made by credit/debit card via my web-site link to the PayPal secure server (go to Credit/Debit Card Payments from the Site Guide). PayPal users, please include your PayPal Receipt ID in all correspondence. A full identification report, usually down to species, will be sent by e-mail (or post if preferred) on clearance of payment.
