BSc(Hons) degree in Zoology and Botany, PhD degree in Entomology, Member of the Association of Applied Biologists, Registered in the Expert Witness Directory (ex. Law Society Directory) and in the UK Register of Expert Witnesses.

David Kendall is an independent Consultant with 30+ years professional experience as a Research Scientist and Lecturer in entomology and pest control for University, Government and Commercial Organisations, and as an Examiner in biological sciences for the University of Cambridge Local Examining Board (National Curriculum and Overseas GCE and GCSE examinations). Previously, he was a Senior Entomologist (Principal Scientific Officer) with the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council. He has been a practising Expert Witness since 1995, providing inspections and written reports on 3-4 cases per year (including Joint Reports), with several appearances in court to give oral evidence.
